Beate comes as a fully qualified
professional coach who helps expats increase their chances of success living and working in a new culture.
Beate works from the premise that
respect and empathy are the essentials of good coaching. From this basis, she helps clients discover
options, focus on strengths, set achievable goals and live up to their full
potential.
Before moving into professional
coaching, Beate led international projects for family businesses, government organizations
and multinationals in the publishing and IT industries. She lived 22 years as an expat in France and the Netherlands, and is able to coach in
German, French, English and Dutch. In 2009 she repatriated to Germany.
